Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Our Customer-Centric Approach

At North Smart Vedik Puja, we recognize that family plans, travel, and auspicious tithis can sometimes change unexpectedly. We provide a transparent, courteous, and hassle-free cancellation and rescheduling policy for all Bangalore clients.

3. Cancellation & Refund Terms

If you must cancel your booking completely, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior: If an advance booking token or samagri payment was made, 100% of the advance amount is promptly refunded to your original payment method.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the ceremony: If dedicated perishable puja items (such as fresh flowers, specific havan woods, or garlands) were already procured by Panditji, the actual cost of those perishable items may be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded immediately.
• No-Show or Uninformed Cancellation at the door: If the Panditji has already reached your Bangalore venue and the ritual is cancelled without prior notification, a nominal travel conveyance fee may be retained.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes

Approved refunds are processed via UPI, Bank Transfer, or original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. A confirmation receipt and transaction screenshot will be shared with you directly on WhatsApp or Email.

5. Pandit Replacement Guarantee

In the rare event that an assigned pandit encounters an unforeseen personal or medical emergency, North Smart Vedik Puja guarantees:

• Immediate replacement with an equally experienced North Indian Hindi Vedic Pandit to ensure your auspicious ceremony proceeds without interruption; OR
• A 100% full refund of any advance paid, should you prefer not to proceed with a replacement.
