1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to North Smart Vedik Puja ("we", "us", or "our"), founded and coordinated by Senior Vedic Pandit SANTHOSH KUMAR PANDEY. By accessing our website, initiating a phone call, or scheduling a puja booking via WhatsApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please contact us for clarification before confirming your booking.

2. Scope of Vedic Puja Services

North Smart Vedik Puja provides personalized spiritual and ceremonial coordination services across Bangalore, India. Our services include:

• Connecting families with qualified, verified North Indian Hindi Pandits.
• Conducting traditional Sanatan Dharma ceremonies including Griha Pravesh, Satyanarayan Katha, Maha Rudrabhishek, Marriage Puja, Ganesh Puja, Navratri Havan, Namkaran, and Office Pujas.
• Calculating auspicious Shubh Muhurat based on Vedic calendar (Panchang) and family horoscope tithi.
• Providing curated lists of necessary puja samagri (herbs, wood, ghee, flowers, fruits).

3. Booking, Dakshina & 40% Promotional Offer

• Advance Booking: Advance consultation via Phone or WhatsApp is recommended to secure the desired date, particularly during high-demand festival periods and auspicious wedding dates.
• Transparent Dakshina: The agreed dakshina and samagri charges are discussed openly prior to final booking. There are no hidden fees or unexpected demands on the day of the ceremony.
• Promotional Discount Policy: Any advertised promotional discounts (such as up to 40% OFF seasonal discount) apply to standard ritual dakshina packages and samagri bundles. Final package charges are confirmed transparently with the customer.

4. Customer Roles & Responsibilities

To ensure a serene and auspicious ceremony, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate address details, landmark instructions, and contact numbers in Bangalore.
• Prepare a clean, respectful, and adequately ventilated space suitable for havan/puja rituals.
• Procure any fresh household items (such as fresh fruits, milk, flowers, or sweets) as outlined in the advance samagri guidance list.
• Ensure family members are ready in traditional attire at the mutually agreed Shubh Muhurat time.

5. Panditji Obligations & Standards

Our designated pandits pledge to:

• Arrive punctually at the scheduled Bangalore venue.
• Chant Vedic mantras with authentic Sanskrit pronunciation and sacred devotion.
• Patiently guide the host family through each ritual step, explaining the meaning of the vidhi in Hindi or simple terms.
• Maintain respectful, courteous, and pious conduct throughout the ceremony.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
